This is not a routine website-testing or QA assignment.
We need an India-based freelancer who personally has an active JioFiber or Jio AirFiber connection, uses the standard Jio router, and has access to the associated subscriber account/MyJio. The objective is to register and actively pursue a formal network/DNS complaint until Jio provides a substantive written technical response from Network/DNS Engineering, NOC, or an authorized supervisory officer.
Background evidence will be supplied by the employer. Jio's default DNS has returned 49.44.79.236 for the specified domain, while Google and Cloudflare resolvers return the actual Cloudflare addresses. A short confirmation test through the freelancer's own JioFiber/AirFiber connection is required only as current subscriber-side evidence.
REQUIRED WORK
1. Confirm the result through your active personal JioFiber/AirFiber connection using the standard Jio router over Wi-Fi, without mobile data, another ISP, VPN, proxy, Private DNS, or ad blocker.
2. Open a formal JioHome/JioFiber complaint and obtain the official Service Request/docket number, registration date/time, and resolution deadline.
3. Actively follow up and escalate beyond frontline support to a supervisor, the regional Jio Appellate Authority, NOC, or Network/DNS Engineering.
4. Preserve and provide the complete escalation log, screenshots/exports, and every written Jio response.
5. Obtain a substantive written response addressing:
- why Jio DNS returns 49.44.79.236;
- who controls that IP and what page or response it serves;
- whether DNS, SNI, IP, HTTP, or another filtering mechanism is used;
- whether a governmental, regulatory, or judicial direction applies, including issuing authority and order/reference number where lawfully disclosable;
- the official review, correction, remediation, or unblocking procedure.
DELIVERABLES
- Jio Service Request/docket and registration details;
- short subscriber-side confirmation evidence;
- complete chronological escalation record;
- all written responses from Jio;
- substantive written response from Network/DNS Engineering, NOC, Appellate Authority, or another authorized supervisory officer;
- concise final summary.
COMPLETION CONDITION
A generic acknowledgement, routine diagnostics, complaint submission, test report, or docket number alone is not completion. The required outcome is the full escalation history and a substantive written response addressing the questions above.
TIME FRAME AND PRICE
This may require repeated follow-ups over approximately 30–45 days. Submit a fixed-price quote for the complete assignment. No AutoPay/AutoFund. Any agreement and SafePay funding will be created only after the scope and total fixed price are explicitly accepted.
