There are two (2) 12v Gear motors, small less than 1 amp, that will move an sprayer up and down a 30º angled track, one 12v windshield wiper pump (6 amps), spraying the solution and two 12v bilge pumps for the rinse.
This will be used to clean air filters using a cleaning solution, rinse water and blowers for drying. While the track is in motion, the windshield pump will spray the cleaning solution, currently a timed travel function but could also be switches at both ends. The same thing will happen after 10 minutes with the rinse water down and up, Then the two 24V blowers will turn on to dry the filter. It will also need some kind of latch (mechanical, electromagnet, etc. to keep the door closed while in operation and an E-Stop
