We’re a dynamic celebrity entertainment and PR agency representing top talent, brands, and events across Europe. Following recent challenges with an external agency, we’re seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing professional to step in immediately and help stabilize and drive our growth.
Role Overview
You’ll take the lead in driving client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships, and rebuilding momentum after a major client loss. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in the entertainment and PR space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to re-engage leads and attract new business
Audit and optimize existing marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, PR materials, website)
Support client communications and help rebuild trust and visibility
Collaborate closely with the Founder to set short-term and long-term business goals
Represent the agency in meetings and potential client pitches (virtually and in-person)
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within PR, entertainment, or talent management
Strong understanding of celebrity brand partnerships and media relations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Based in Spain (or able to travel to Marbella 2 days per week)
Available to start immediately
