Job Description:
We are an international freelancing company that provides staffing, outsourcing, and business development services to global clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Closer to help us generate, manage, and close qualified business opportunities with international partners.
This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for professionals who excel in consultative selling, lead conversion, and B2B relationship management.
Scope of Work:
Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings with pre-qualified leads.
Prepare customized proposals and sales presentations.
Negotiate and close B2B agreements with clients.
Maintain accurate client and deal records using CRM tools.
Report weekly progress and results to the project lead.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales closing or business development.
Proven ability to negotiate and close international deals.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Self-driven, professional, and detail-oriented.
Deliverables:
Number of successful client conversions per month.
Updated CRM and pipeline reports.
Weekly performance summary of outreach and deals closed.
