Senior Software Developers Required — Institutional-Grade Investment Platform
IDOS is a private, institutional-grade investment intelligence and decision-support platform combining financial-market data, analytical models, governed recommendations, portfolio construction, position sizing, risk controls, monitoring, auditability, and controlled learning.
The project is already under active, repository-based development. Its architecture, governance framework, engineering standards, security requirements, and development controls have been designed and documented. The current work is focused on strengthening the platform foundation and progressively implementing the approved system. Developers will be expected to follow the established specifications—not redesign the architecture or governance model.
This is a technically demanding software-engineering project, not a basic website, dashboard, or prototype. It requires strong capability in backend systems, data pipelines, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), databases, financial calculations, security, automated testing, Continuous Integration (CI), observability, and recovery.
All code must be modular, maintainable, deterministic, documented, thoroughly tested, secure, traceable, and production-ready. Development proceeds through small Pull Requests (PRs), automated validation, independent code audits, and owner-controlled merges.
We seek experienced, disciplined developers or a capable engineering team able to understand complex specifications and work reliably within strict technical controls. This project is unsuitable for beginners, template-based developers, or anyone relying on Artificial Intelligence-generated code they cannot independently understand, test, explain, and defend.
