Legal Expert Needed to Draft Multi-Jurisdiction Workers’ Compensation Waiver Agreements (U.S. & Canada)

We are seeking a qualified legal professional or law firm to draft comprehensive, enforceable workers’ compensation waiver agreements for use on our platform, Field Services Network (www.FieldServicesNetwork.com). These agreements must be tailored to comply with and be enforceable across all 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces and territories.

Objective:
The purpose of these agreements is to clearly define the relationship between independent contractors, clients, and the Field Services Network platform. Specifically, the waivers should help ensure that contractors acknowledge and accept the risks associated with field work and agree not to pursue claims against either the client or the platform in the event of injury, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Scope of Work:
Draft legally sound workers’ compensation waiver agreements applicable to:
All U.S. states
All Canadian provinces and territories
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, independent contractor regulations, and liability standards in each jurisdiction
Provide guidance on enforceability, limitations, and any jurisdiction-specific restrictions on such waivers
Include appropriate language addressing:
Independent contractor status (not employees)
Assumption of risk
Limitation of liability (to the extent legally permissible)
Indemnification clauses
Identify any jurisdictions where such waivers may be restricted or unenforceable, and propose alternative protective language where necessary
Deliver documents in a format suitable for digital acceptance (e.g., clickwrap or e-signature integration)
Important Considerations:
The agreements must be carefully structured to maximize enforceability while complying with all applicable laws.
We understand that certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit full liability waivers for workplace injuries; your deliverable should clearly outline these limitations.
This project is not about avoiding legal responsibility unlawfully, but about properly structuring agreements within legal boundaries to mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications:
Licensed attorney or legal professional with expertise in:

Demonstrated experience drafting enforceable waivers or similar legal agreements
Familiarity with independent contractor frameworks and gig/platform-based business models

Preferred:
Experience working with digital platforms or SaaS marketplaces
Knowledge of clickwrap/e-signature enforceability standards
