Graviton is a federal growth strategy firm helping small and mid-sized businesses scale their government contract revenue. We’re preparing to launch several high-precision outbound campaigns across niche verticals — and we’re looking to hire an experienced Lemlist campaign expert or boutique firm to help set up and run these efforts with clean infrastructure and strong fundamentals.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
This is not for freelancers experimenting with outbound. To be considered, you must:
Have launched 10+ Lemlist campaigns across multiple domains/inboxes
Understand email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, etc.
Know how to warm and rotate inboxes to avoid spam traps
Be fluent in merge field logic, CSV prep, and enriched data mapping
Have worked with multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn)
Be proactive and responsive when it comes to deliverability drops or list issues

Immediate Scope: Phase 1 (Start Small, Build Smart)
We’re launching 2 outbound campaigns as part of Phase 1. The goal is to validate performance, generate revenue, and then expand into the rest of our 6-segment strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
Evaluating and standing up our outbound infrastructure
Configuring Lemlist with copy + enriched data we provide
Managing performance and inbox health
Optimizing the campaigns for scale
This is not a one-off gig — if Phase 1 goes well, we’ll expand across the other segments and consider a longer-term working relationship.
What You’ll Set Up and Oversee
1. Infrastructure & Deliverability
Domain setup guidance (we own 6 Gmail domains; open to migration)
Inbox warm-up using Lemwarm or preferred method
SPF/DKIM/DMARC validation (or fix if needed)
Cold inbox rotation strategy (for volume & safety)
2. Campaign Build in Lemlist
Uploading cleaned/enriched CSVs with custom fields ({{Company}}, {{SetAside}}, {{RecentAwardAgency}}, etc.)
Loading 4-email sequences and optional LinkedIn touches (we supply copy)
Mapping merge fields and personalizations
Inbox-to-campaign assignments
3. Test Launch + Optimization
Start each campaign with 20–30 contacts
Monitor open, reply, bounce, and spam rates
Troubleshoot deliverability or data issues
Scale as inboxes are validated
4. Ongoing Monitoring
Weekly campaign check-ins (Notion + Slack)
Real-time alerts for bounce spikes, reply rates, or issues
Option to expand into additional segments once Phase 1 proves
You’ll likely be managing all 6 campaigns in the next 60–90 days. This could expand into long-term involvement as our outreach operation scales. But right now, it’s about getting a clean, smart system off the ground.
