Project Overview:
Graviton is seeking
a reliable, detail-oriented individual to own the setup, management, and
optimization of our outbound email campaigns using Lemlist. This role is
critical to ensuring that targeted, personalized campaigns are launched
consistently to drive qualified leads for our federal contracting consulting
business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all outbound email campaigns through Lemlist
- Manage Hubspot crm to sync with Limlist
- Upload and segment prospect lists (provided by our data operations team)
- Configure email sequences, personalize messaging, and manage deliverability
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates)
- Proactively troubleshoot issues with sequences, domains, and deliverability
- Report weekly on campaign results and suggest optimizations
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure lists are properly prepared for campaigns
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing outbound email campaigns using Lemlist or a similar platform (e.g., Instantly, Woodpecker)
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Experience segmenting lists and personalizing email sequences
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-through
- Reliable and proactive communicator
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with B2B or federal contracting lead generation
- Experience integrating Lemlist with Google Sheets, LinkedIn, or CRM systems
