The Plaintiff seeks a Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted to practice in North Carolina) to formally represent an already‑completed lawsuit involving state‑agency negligence under the North Carolina Tort Claims Act (N.C.G.S. § 143‑291 et seq.). All filings, affidavits, exhibits, and supporting materials are prepared. The attorney’s role is to enter appearance, review the completed claim, file it with the NC Industrial Commission, and represent the Plaintiff throughout proceedings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Representation — Serve as counsel of record before the NC Industrial Commission.
