Overview
UNYTI, LLC is building a multi-layered ecosystem of platforms, products, and initiatives. This is not a one-off logo job. This is ongoing, long-term work across multiple brands and initiatives under the UNYTI umbrella. If you are looking for a quick gig, this is not it. If you want consistent work and the opportunity to help shape multiple brands from the ground up, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will be designing logos and visual identities for UNYTI and its initiatives (“the babies”), including technology platforms, community-driven programs, and product lines. Each brand has its own identity, but all must align within a unified ecosystem.
What We Expect
You must have a strong, proven portfolio. No exceptions.
Your work needs to show originality, range, and the ability to think beyond templates.
You need to understand branding, not just design—meaning you can translate vision into identity.
Hand-drawing ability is highly preferred.
If you can sketch and conceptualize by hand, you move to the front of the line.
If you cannot hand draw but have a partner who can, we will consider bringing both of you in—however, that partner will be required to pass a drawing test to validate skill level.
Core Responsibilities
Create original logo concepts from scratch
Translate vision, messaging, and structure into visual identity
Refine and iterate based on direction
Maintain consistency across multiple brands while preserving uniqueness
Collaborate directly with leadership on creative direction
What Sets You Apart
You can hand sketch concepts before digitizing
You think in systems, not just single designs
You understand how logos live across apps, POS systems, media, and physical environments
You move fast but don’t sacrifice quality
Structure of Work
Ongoing project-based and/or retainer-style work
Multiple brands and continuous design needs
Opportunity to expand role as ecosystem grows
Important Notes
This is not entry-level work
We are building something with depth—your designs need to reflect that
If your portfolio is weak, incomplete, or template-driven, do not apply
To Apply
Submit your portfolio
Include examples of logo work (and sketches if applicable)
If applying with a partner, include both portfolios and clearly define roles
We are looking for someone who can see what isn’t built yet—and design it like it already exists.
