OTT Platform Development – Request for Proposal (RFP)
We invite qualified development teams to submit proposals for the design and development of a comprehensive OTT (Over-The-Top) platform.
Important Requirement
 Only teams with proven experience in developing OTT platforms should apply. Submissions must clearly demonstrate relevant past projects, including architecture, deployment, and scaling of OTT solutions. Proposals without verifiable OTT experience will not be considered.
 Minimum Qualifications 
A dedicated team of at least 5 professionals, including:
Frontend Developers
Backend Developers
AI/Prompt Engineers
(Optional but preferred: DevOps / Cloud Engineers)
Demonstrated expertise in:
OTT platform architecture
Video streaming (live & VOD)
Scalable cloud infrastructure
AI-driven content or production tools
 Development Approach & Timeline 
We expect the selected team to leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery.
Target Milestones:
Prototype (Clickable / Demo स्तर): within 3–7 days
Version 1.0 (Beta Release): within 60 days
Version 2.0: additional 60 days
Version 3.0: additional 60 days
 Scope – Version 1.0 (Core Platform) 
Version 1.0 must deliver a fully operational OTT platform with robust functionality, enabling partners such as:
Football clubs
Educational institutions
Content creators
to launch and manage their own live TV & VOD channels.
Key expectations include:
Live streaming capabilities
User management & subscriptions
Multi-device compatibility (Web, iOS, Android)
Content management system (CMS)
Initial AI-assisted production features (Virtual Studios, Multi-cameras production / switching etc.)
 Future Enhancements (Versions 2.0 & 3.0) 
The roadmap should include:
Advanced AI features (e.g., AI studio production, automation tools)
Enhanced monetization models
Expanded scalability and performance optimization
Additional partner ecosystem tools
 Proposal Requirements 
Your submission must include:
Relevant OTT experience (portfolio with references)
Detailed breakdown of Version 1.0 features
Planned feature roadmap for Versions 2.0 and 3.0
Development methodology and team structure
Timeline confirmation aligned with the milestones above
Commercial proposal in USD or EUR
