very basic Q you have to be able to answer - 

have you done this before? how many clients? are any in the US?
how big is your team? how will you support? give me specifics, dont say just you are can do this.
tell me how you will support and then be ready to discuss it in detail too.
be ready to provide at least 3 client references at a later stage when we will engage

Looking for a company that can do managed services for servers, cloud for Windows and security. Professionals who monitor, manage, and optimize the servers, cloud, and networks — ensuring performance, security, and complete management for dedicated servers including VM's.

You have to understand, servers of this nature dont go down just like that, but monitoring is key and if anything goes wrong or an update didnt happen or anything like that, your team should be the one's coming in to tell us and not the other way round. so that will be what we will be looking for more than anything else. It could be windows update or sqlserver service or mysql service or a IIS or Apache issue - anything of that nature.
