What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly-skilled marketing professional or agency for an ongoing, long-term partnership. This isn't a one-off project—we want someone who will grow with us and become an integral part of our success story.


Core Responsibilities


  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated email outreach campaigns using System.io
  • Execute cold email strategies following deliverability best practices
  • Monitor sender reputation and maintain inbox placement while scaling outreach
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging, and sequences for maximum conversion

Social Media Management

  • Establish and optimize our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Develop consistent branding across all channels
  • Create and schedule compelling weekly content that resonates with business decision-makers
  • Translate technical features into clear business benefits


Multi-Platform Outreach

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies
  • Explore additional channels (Facebook groups, industry forums, etc.)
  • Coordinate messaging across all touchpoints for a cohesive brand experience

Ongoing Content Marketing

  • Produce weekly product/service marketing content across all platforms
  • Craft messaging that speaks to pain points of non-technical business owners
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven System.io experience (this is non-negotiable)
  • Track record of B2B marketing success, especially in infrastructure/SaaS
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability and anti-spam best practices
  • Experience marketing technical products to non-technical audiences
  • Portfolio demonstrating social media growth and engagement
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to brand voice

Ideal 


Candidate Also Has

  • Experience with recurring revenue/subscription business models
  • Knowledge of CRM integration and lead nurturing workflows
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making
  • Analytics mindset with ability to report on KPIs and ROI
