Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Manager for a fully remote role. This position focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and long-term relationship management for our media services.

This is a long-term, performance-driven opportunity with strong earning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and generate prospect data using LinkedIn, Google, directories, tools, and referrals

  • Identify potential clients who need video editing, graphic design, or media services

  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Schedule and handle client calls and online meetings

  • Understand client requirements (scope, budget, timelines)

  • Discuss pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals

  • Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal team

  • Take regular follow-ups with clients during projects

  • Maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and negotiation

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Ability to handle client meetings independently

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

  • Experience in media / service-based businesses is a plus
