Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Account Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and scaling campaign performance through data-driven decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Structure campaigns based on objectives (traffic, conversions, lead gen, sales).
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
  • Identify underperforming ads and take corrective actions.
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Audience Targeting

  • Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze audience behaviour and continuously refine targeting strategies.

Creative Strategy

  • Work with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Provide insights on formats (reels, carousel, static, video) and messaging.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Present performance analysis to stakeholders.

Budget Management

  • Allocate and optimize ad budgets based on performance.
  • Ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI.

Key RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing with strong focus on Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable ROI.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Expertise in campaign structuring, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of copywriting and creative performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or healthcare/FMCG brands.
  • Knowledge of funnel building and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with other platforms like Google Ads is a plus.
