Scope
• Translate my vision into concept sketches and mood boards that capture a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections suitable for planning approval.
• Provide 3D visualisations so I can review massing, light, and material options before locking in the final scheme.
• Prepare a coordinated construction drawing set (architectural only; structural and MEP coordination can follow once the main layout is finalised).

• Project type: Residential new build (ground-up construction).
• Style: Modern—open layouts, large glazing, and simple, bold forms.
• Tools are up to you—Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or similar—as long as the final files can be shared in both native format and PDF.
