Title:

Marketing, PR & Playlist Outreach Specialist (Long‑Term Plan for 80‑Song Healing Music Catalog)


Description:

Label focused on personal growth, medicine music, and spiritual folk is looking for a Marketing, PR & Outreach Specialist to design and execute a 12–18 month release and promotion plan for ~80 completed songs.


Responsibilities:

- Help segment the catalog into coherent releases: singles, EPs, albums, and themed playlists (e.g., “Yoga Sunrise,” “Grief & Renewal,” “Nature Prayer,” “Everyday Peace”).  

- Create artist bios, song/EP/album descriptions, and press‑ready one‑sheets that communicate the healing and spiritual intent behind the music.  

- Develop and manage a rolling release calendar (pre‑saves, release days, post‑release content windows).  

- Draft email newsletters and simple landing‑page copy to introduce new releases, playlists, and practice bundles.  

- Plan and write social media posts/captions for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and similar platforms, tailored to wellness and spiritual audiences.  

- Pitch key tracks and playlists to curators, blogs, influencers, and wellness leaders (yoga teachers, coaches, retreat centers) and track responses.  

- Use basic analytics from DSPs and socials to identify which songs and themes are resonating most, and refine campaigns accordingly.


Ideal Experience:

- Demonstrated success marketing music OR wellness/spiritual content (bonus if both).  

- Experience planning campaigns for multiple releases or a catalog, not only one‑off singles.  

- Strong written English and ability to tell emotionally authentic stories about healing, mindfulness, and spiritual journeys.  

- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with rights/distribution and creative team members.
