We need to prepare detailing of model for a low rise light gauge steel building
to produce structural calculations, design drawings, connection details, shop-drawing reviews, and responses to permit comments.
Knowledge of AISI, AISC, ASCE 7, IBC, wind, seismic, gravity, uplift, diaphragm, shear-wall, and connection design.
Experience with multifamily, commercial, modular, or panelized construction.
Software experience such as RISA-3D, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, and FrameCAD or Scottsdale.
Understanding of manufacturing files, panelization, trusses, joists, shop drawings, and field installation.
