A few years ago I had my company website redesigned and it worked well for some time. Unfortunately, this website which was created in wordpress has begun to cause nothing but problems with functionality.
I am seeking to completely redesign my website for my company which is a firearms training and consulting firm for Private Citizens, Security / Law Enforcement and Military personnel, however I do NOT want this site created in wordpress.
The site itself needs to provided me with complete access to the back-end so I can make updates to scheduled programs, etc. as well as take online registrations and payments.
My site is hosted on a VPS server already.
The site must be visually appealing to my customer base yet remain simple in function to the client.

I have set a budget for this project not to exceed $1500.00 USD and the time frame for completion will be 3 weeks from hire.
