Performance-Based Cold Caller – Residential & Commercial Roofing
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven cold caller / lead generator to generate qualified roofing leads in Maine and New Hampshire.
Compensation
- $50 per qualified residential lead
- $100 per qualified commercial lead
- 100% performance-based
- No hourly pay, salary, retainer, or upfront fees
What We Consider a Qualified Lead
A qualified lead is NOT someone simply agreeing to a free roof inspection.
The homeowner, property owner, facility manager, property manager, or other decision-maker must have a genuine roofing need and expressed interest in one or more of our services, such as:
- Roof repair
- Roof restoration
- Roof replacement
- Leak or problem requiring attention
- Preventative maintenance
- Other legitimate roofing work
Free inspections alone do not qualify as leads. We are looking for prospects who have expressed an actual need, concern, or interest in having roofing work performed.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire outbound lead-generation process, including:
- Building/sourcing your own prospect lists
- Making outbound calls
- Speaking with decision-makers
- Qualifying prospects
- Documenting the roofing need and conversation
- Providing accurate contact information and lead notes
- Following up with prospects when necessary
Tools
You must provide your own dialer and all tools/resources necessary to perform the job.
We do not provide or pay for:
- Dialers
- Calling software
- Lead lists/data
- CRM subscriptions
- Prospecting tools
- Other outreach expenses
