About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, data-focused assistant to join our Monetization & Performance team.This role is all about data, systems, and insights — helping us track performance, detect issues or fraud, and improve our internal processes.You’ll work closely with the Head of Monetization & Performance to manage data flows, maintain our CRM, and make sure everything we see in the numbers makes sense.If you love working with Excel, enjoy digging into data, and have an interest in gaming or ad performance, this is for you.What You’ll Do1. Manage and update internal CRM and performance systems.2. Build and maintain Excel dashboards to track campaigns, partners, and revenues.3. Check data for errors, inconsistencies, or signs of fraudulent activity.4. Help automate reports and improve data processes.5. Support performance and monetization decisions with clear, accurate data.6. Work closely with data, BI, and tech teams to keep everything running smoothly.What You’ll Need1. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.2. Experience with CRM or data systems3. A data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.4. Ability to spot trends, errors, and suspicious activity in data.5. Curiosity about gaming, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
