I have 2 PLEX servers (running on Windows). They have been running without issues and could be remotely accessed for over 5 years (even though the Remote Access tab in the PLEX dashboard would sometimes have a red cross rather than a green tick).
Today, I have tried to access PLEX remotely via the Firestick app, the iOS app and PLEX Player on a laptop and on each device all libraries are showing as offline. I have rebooted both PLEX servers and remote access devices in the hope that would be a quick fix, but no luck.
Both PLEX servers are online, connected to the local network, all storage is attached and online and I can remotely access both PLEX servers via DW Service so they have access to the outside world. No changes have been made to either PLEX server.
