Part-Time QuickBooks Bookkeeper for Small Real Estate Development LLC
I'm looking for an experienced bookkeeper to help manage QuickBooks for a small, one-person real estate development LLC that builds a few homes per year. This is a part-time, hourly role requiring just a few hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks accounts
Track expenses and project costs
Assist with categorizing transactions and monthly reporting
Coordinate with CPA as needed for tax prep
Help maintain clean records for multiple small-scale projects
Qualifications:
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (REQUIRED)
Background in real estate, construction, or development bookkeeping preferred
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
