Real Estate Cold Caller (Spanish)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cold Caller to join our real estate team!
If you’re confident on the phone, organized, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential sellers and renters
Qualify leads and gather relevant property information
Follow a script and set appointments for the team
Update CRM with call notes and lead status
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Assist with follow-ups and nurturing warm leads
🧩 Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
