This role is for experienced setters who know how to:
You’ll be following up with inbound and warm leads, re-engaging inactive prospects, and booking high-quality appointments for a our sales team.
This role rewards thoughtful communicators, not aggressive talkers.
Follow up with inbound leads via phone, SMS, email, and CRM
Re-engage cold or inactive leads with curiosity and empathy
Qualify prospects for fit, motivation, timing, and intent
Book high-quality appointments with strong show-up rates
Document conversations, notes, and dispositions accurately in the CRM
Maintain follow-up tasks and pipeline hygiene
Collaborate with the sales team to improve booking, show, and close rates
Represent the company with professionalism and care at all times
