We are hiring a Reddit Growth Assistant to increase visibility, traffic, and subscriber conversions through strategic posting and engagement in niche-relevant subreddits.
Key Responsibilities
Research and post in targeted subreddits
Follow all Reddit and subreddit rules
Share approved content with optimized captions and timing
Engage authentically to build karma and visibility
Track performance and report daily/weekly metrics
KPIs
Engagement rate, karma growth, profile/link clicks, conversions, and account health.
Must understand Reddit culture, avoid spam behavior, and maintain strict confidentiality.
