We are looking for a motivated Referral Partnership & Lead Generation Specialist to develop relationships that generate legitimate residential and commercial roofing opportunities.
This is NOT a cold-calling position targeting random homeowners or businesses.
Your job is to build relationships with professionals who regularly encounter property owners needing roofing services.
WHO YOU WILL TARGET
Real Estate Agents & Brokerages
Build relationships with agents who encounter roofing issues during listings, inspections and real estate transactions, including:
- Pre-listing roof repairs
- Inspection-related roofing problems
- Roof replacement estimates
- Repairs needed before closing
- Commercial property transactions
Home Inspectors
Develop relationships with inspectors who regularly identify:
- Aging roofs
- Leaks
- Damaged shingles
- Flashing problems
- Roof deterioration
- Commercial roofing concerns
Our goal is to become a roofing company they feel comfortable referring property owners to when legitimate roofing problems are discovered.
Property Managers & Property Owners
Build relationships with:
- Residential property management companies
- Commercial property management companies
- Apartment owners
- Condominium associations
- HOAs
- Landlords
- Commercial building owners
- Facility/property managers
These relationships are particularly valuable because one partner can potentially generate multiple roofing projects over time.
Independent Insurance Agencies
Develop professional relationships with insurance agents and agencies so they are familiar with our company when their customers need legitimate roofing repairs or assistance following covered damage.
We are NOT asking agents to improperly endorse our company or make representations on behalf of an insurance carrier.

COMPENSATION — 100% PERFORMANCE BASED
There are NO hourly wages, retainers or upfront payments.
$50 — Qualified Residential Roofing Lead
$100 — Qualified Commercial Roofing Lead
PLUS $250 PARTNERSHIP BONUS
When a new referral relationship YOU establish produces its first roofing project that is contracted and completed, you receive an additional $250 bonus.
There is no limit to the number of qualified leads you can generate.
WHAT IS A QUALIFIED LEAD?
Simply giving us the name of a realtor, inspector, property manager or insurance agent is NOT a qualified lead.
A qualified lead is an actual property owner or authorized decision-maker referred through your outreach who has expressed a legitimate roofing need or interest in our services.
We are NOT paying for people who simply agree to a free inspection.
WHAT WE WANT
We want someone who understands relationship building, not someone sending thousands of generic spam messages.
You should be comfortable:
- Finding your own prospects
- Calling and emailing professionals
- Building referral relationships
- Following up consistently
- Keeping accurate records
- Developing long-term referral sources
- Working independently
You must have your own tools and resources necessary to perform the work.
Territory: Maine & New Hampshire
This position has significant earning potential for someone capable of building genuine relationships. One strong realtor, property manager, inspector or agency relationship could generate roofing opportunities for years.
