I’m expanding a small, fully work-from-home call center.


• Native English or Spanish speakers, ideally between 22 and 45 years old, who can take calls anywhere between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. across the U.S. mainland time-zones (PST → EST).  


Some knowledge about software engineering or IT industry would be a great plus.

Software engineers are welcome as well.


Everyone will begin at roughly two hours of live calls per day while we refine scripts and call flows, then ramp gradually toward a full 6-8-hour shift. No specialised experience is required—clarity of speech, a friendly manner, and a reliable internet connection are what matter most.
