UI/UX Designer + Front-End Developer (Replit App – Match Existing Landing Page Design
Project Overview:
I have a web application that is partially built using Replit. The marketing landing page has already been professionally designed and reflects the visual direction I want (clean, modern, minimal, high-end).
The application UI/UX does not currently match the quality or design consistency of the landing page. I am looking for a designer/developer who can bridge that gap and elevate the app experience to match the brand.
---
Scope of Work:
You will be responsible for improving the design and front-end implementation of the application, including:
- Aligning the app UI with the existing landing page design (colors, typography, spacing, overall feel)
- Creating a simple design system / UI kit based on the landing page
- Designing and/or refining key application screens:
- Dashboard / Overview
- Create/Edit Record (core functionality)
- Activity / Access Logs
- Settings / Account area
- Improving layout, spacing, hierarchy, and usability across the app
- Refactoring front-end code in Replit to implement the updated design
- Creating reusable components (buttons, cards, inputs, etc.) for consistency
---
Current Tech Stack:
- App is built and hosted in Replit
- Front-end is (insert your framework here: React / HTML-CSS / other)
- Backend is partially implemented (not the focus of this role)
---
What I’m Looking For:
- Strong UI/UX design skills (clean, modern, product-focused — not template-heavy)
- Ability to translate an existing landing page into a full application design
- Experience with design systems / component-based UI
- Solid front-end skills (HTML/CSS and/or React)
- Experience working in or adapting to environments like Replit
- Good judgment — I don’t want to micromanage design decisions
---
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience designing secure / enterprise-style applications
- Experience with tools like Figma for design handoff
- Ability to suggest UX improvements beyond just visual polish
---
Deliverables:
- Updated app UI that visually matches the landing page
- Reusable component styles (CSS or component library)
- Clean, maintainable front-end code in Replit
- (Optional) Figma file or design reference for future updates
---
How to Apply:
Please include:
1. Links to 2–3 relevant projects (web apps, dashboards, SaaS tools)
2. A brief explanation of how you would approach:
- Matching an app UI to an existing landing page
3. Your preferred workflow (design-first vs. code-first)
---
Additional Notes:
- This is a focused, high-impact project — quality matters more than speed
- I am open to ongoing work if this goes well (future features, enhancements)
- Clear communication and ownership are very important to me
---
Budget:
Open — please include your rate and estimated effort based on the scope above
