NEEDED: Online Reviews & Reputation Management – Guidance and support in addressing and countering the large number of untrue or competitor-driven negative reviews. I have a small restaurant already receiving many thousands of great reviews, but fake reviews (from competitors, disgruntled ex-employees, or individuals abusing delivery platforms) are unfairly hurting our score. Our goal is to address the negative reviews and grow our online presence and social media. The position is ideally long term (1-year or more is what we are seeking) for the right candidate.
I am open to pay. Let me know what you need for a long-term relationship that can continue for one year or more. 4-6 hours each week is ideal.

Apple Maps (already listed but not often found when nearby)

I need help in all areas to expand my small internet presence for my restaurant. It's a small place and I did not pay attention to these issues in the past. Having reviewed it I see we do not show up on the Maps even when within a short distance. If it is affordable I am ready to proceed.
I can also benefit from an experienced video editor to make 45-50 short 1 minute videos a month for my restaurant. I will shoot the videos and upload. Need to create a nice introduction and exit so the actual video will be about 45 seconds in total.
