📌 About the Role
We operate a high‑velocity entertainment inventory fund powered by Pine19.ai, an AI engine that performs sourcing, pricing, valuation, and risk scoring. Your role is to operate the AI, manage exceptions, and ensure our inventory remains compliant with lender requirements.
This is a quantitative + risk operations role — not a ticket‑buying job.
You will work inside a structured, rules‑driven environment where accuracy, discipline, and analytical thinking matter more than industry experience.

📌 Core ResponsibilitiesAI Operations & Prompting
Run daily Pine19.ai  prompts based on predefined risk and yield parameters
Monitor agent performance and adjust prompts when performance deviates
Validate AI‑generated valuations and escalate anomalies
Quantitative Risk Analysis
Analyze pricing curves, demand velocity, and market volatility
Identify overvalued or declining assets using real‑time data
Apply risk‑adjusted decision frameworks to protect capital
Maintain eligibility rules (event windows, aging, risk flags)
Inventory Finance & Capital Controls
Track Open‑to‑Buy capacity and capital allocation
Enforce the “kill‑switch” when inventory becomes non‑compliant
Maintain daily liquidity dashboards
Support mark‑to‑market valuation processes
Borrowing Base & Lender Reporting
Prepare weekly Borrowing Base reports
Separate Eligible vs. Ineligible inventory
Maintain audit‑ready documentation
Certify data accuracy for lender review
Exception Management
Resolve 5–10% of transactions that require human intervention
Investigate fraud flags, barcode issues, or pricing anomalies
Document all exceptions for compliance
