Engineering Services – Risk Assessment Report as per SBC-201, SBC-801, NFPA
Description:
We are looking for a qualified fire safety consultant or engineering office to prepare a Risk Assessment Report for a residential community project. The report must be developed in compliance with SBC-201, SBC-801, and NFPA codes.
Scope of Work:
Review of fire and life safety design package as per SBC and NFPA
Risk identification and development of a complete Risk Register
Risk analysis, categorization, and response strategies
HAZOP-based hazard identification (electrical, structural, human)
Evaluation of flammable materials and ignition risks
FMEA: Analyze fire suppression systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers)
Review of backup system failures (generators, alarms)
HIRA: Fire spread risk, evacuation preparedness, and private facility safety
Deliverables:
Full Risk Assessment Report (editable Word + PDF)
Visuals, tables, and charts as needed
