We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help drive our outbound sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Canadian company at the forefront of financial innovation while based remotely in a nearshore or offshore location.
What you will be doing:
1–3 years experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (preferably SaaS or fintech)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in North American time zones (PST or EST overlap required)
Self-starter with high energy and ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms ( Zoominfo, Clay, Salesloft etc)
Some type of formal sales training
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, sequencing and best practices.
Bonus: Experience working with Canadian or U.S. clients
