We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help drive our outbound sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Canadian company at the forefront of financial innovation while based remotely in a nearshore or offshore location.


What you will be doing:

  • Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and cold calls

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for ElektraFi Leadership

  • Build and maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM

  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor outreach and messaging

  • Follow up with inbound leads from webinars, events, socials 

  • Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (preferably SaaS or fintech)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Comfortable working in North American time zones (PST or EST overlap required)

  • Self-starter with high energy and ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms ( Zoominfo, Clay, Salesloft etc)

  • Some type of formal sales training

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, sequencing and best practices.

  • Bonus: Experience working with Canadian or U.S. clients
