Cold Calling: Make cold calls to potential clients, generating interest in our managed IT services and scheduling discovery presentations
Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess their needs and challenges, qualify leads based on specific criteria
Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all service offerings to confidently answer questions from prospective clients and provide accurate information
Discovery Presentations: Gather detailed information about prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring we identify the best fit and solution for them
CRM Management: Accurately log call activities, outcomes, and lead information in the CRM system, ensuring an organized and up-to-date pipeline
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to refine calling scripts, share insights from calls, and improve lead conversion strategies
