Job Title: Salesforce Community Engagement Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

About Us Business Card Manager (BCM), a division of Color Card Administrator, Corp. (CCA), is now live on the Salesforce AppExchange. BCM empowers enterprises to order and manage business cards directly within Salesforce, ensuring brand compliance, speed, and accuracy.

Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce-savvy professional with proven experience in Salesforce groups, Trailblazer Community, and AppExchange partner marketing. This role will focus on community engagement and connection-building to increase BCM’s visibility, credibility, and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in Salesforce Trailblazer Communities (Partner, ISV Marketing, AppExchange Partners, industry groups, and local user groups).
  • Post relevant insights, tips, and thought leadership (not sales pitches) to spark engagement and position BCM as a valuable solution.
  • Monitor and respond to discussions where BCM can add value (HR, onboarding, brand compliance, marketing ops, etc.).
  • Build meaningful connections with Salesforce admins, consultants, and partner managers.
  • Support BCM visibility through participation in AppExchange marketing opportunities (blogs, newsletters, Demo Jams, customer success stories).
  • Provide weekly activity and connection reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience engaging in Salesforce Trailblazer Communities and/or AppExchange partner groups.
  • Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (admins, AEs, ISVs, partners).
  • Strong written communication and ability to position insights in a professional, value-driven way.
  • Self-starter comfortable working 1–3 hours per day independently.

Commitment

  • 1 to 3 hours per day (flexible schedule, remote).
  • This is an ongoing engagement focused on measurable community activity and relationship-building.
