When an user clicks the "Email" channel of SaleSmartly on our website to contact us, the system will automatically trigger the user's local email client (such as the desktop version of Outlook). Since many users are more accustomed to using Gmail or the web version of Outlook, we hope to develop a plugin that allows users to choose the email platform they want when clicking the Email channel.

User selector: When the user clicks the Email channel, provide a pop-up/option that allows the user to freely choose the email (such as the web version of Gmail, Outlook web version, the default local email, copied email address, etc.).
High flexibility solution: Do not limit the implementation technical route. Please propose the most feasible solution based on the SaleSmartly system.
Outcome delivery and integration requirements
Seamless system integration: Provide a complete and usable plugin/tool and ensure smooth and seamless integration with our existing SaleSmartly accounts and website environment, without affecting the existing customer service and email processes.
Multi-terminal compatibility testing: Ensure that the solution passes thorough testing and runs stably on mainstream browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.).
