We are looking for an experienced system-level software developer to build a secure, bootable external SSD operating system with integrated privacy, encryption, and recovery tools.
This system must run independently from the host machine and ensure maximum security, portability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a bootable operating system running directly from an external SSD
Implement strong encryption and secure data handling
Integrate portable applications (no installation required)
Ensure compatibility with modern hardware environments
Perform hardware-level testing and optimization
Troubleshoot and debug low-level system/boot processes

Requirements:
Must be located in the UK (hardware access required)
Strong experience with C/C++ and system programming
Experience with bootable media (USB/SSD) and OS environments
Knowledge of encryption, security, and privacy systems
Familiar with Linux and/or Windows system architecture
Strong debugging skills in low-level environments

Preferred Experience:
