Job Title: Performance-Focused Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo Expert)Location: RemoteType: Contract / Long-Term

About the Role:We’re looking for a high-level Klaviyo expert who can plan, execute, and optimize email marketing that drives measurable revenue and inbound leads.

We operate multiple retail and eCommerce locations across the U.S. We have two key audiences:

  1. Families (B2C) – buying school uniforms online.

  2. School Decision Makers (B2B) – partners who choose uniform vendors for their schools.

Your job is to own the email channel end-to-end: create strategy, build campaigns, optimize performance, and report results. We’re not looking for task-based execution; we’re looking for someone who understands how to grow a list, segment audiences, and turn emails into sales and leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a complete Klaviyo email program for both B2C and B2B audiences.

  • Plan and execute campaigns that generate sales, replies, and booked meetings.

  • Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, lead nurture).

  • Write clear, persuasive, conversion-focused copy that matches our brand tone.

  • Manage segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability.

  • A/B test subject lines, creative, and offers to increase CTR and conversions.

  • Provide concise weekly performance reports showing:• Revenue from email (B2C)• Lead replies or meetings generated (B2B)• Open, click, and conversion trends with insights

  • Recommend and implement improvements to drive ROI and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in email marketing with proven Klaviyo expertise.

  • Experience in both eCommerce and B2B lead generation.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to link performance to business outcomes.

  • Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage freelancers when needed.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Airtable, or Zapier is a plus.

Compensation:

  • $1,500–$3,000 USD per month depending on experience and workload.

  • Long-term contract with consistent work and room to grow.

  • Flexible schedule; results matter more than hours.
