Senior Full Stack Engineer Web3/Trading

 Type: Full-Time / Contract (High Impact, Long-Term)
Overview
We’re building a next-generation, high-performance trading platform that combines the speed and UX of centralized exchanges with the transparency and composability of decentralized infrastructure.
We are looking for a senior full stack engineer to help take the platform from advanced prototype to production-ready global release. This role spans frontend, backend, blockchain integration, and infrastructure.
This is not a typical CRUD app. You will be working on:
Real-time trading systems
Financial infrastructure
Cross-chain execution
AI-integrated systems
ResponsibilitiesCore Engineering
Own end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers
Build and optimize a real-time trading interface (pro terminal)
Integrate wallet connection, signing, and transaction flows
Implement order routing, execution, and position tracking systems
Work with smart contracts (AMM, perps, margin, staking)
Frontend (Next.js / React)
Build a high-performance trading UI (charts, orderbooks, positions)
Implement Apple-level polished UX
Optimize rendering for real-time updates (WebSockets, streaming data)
Ensure responsive design across desktop and mobile
Backend / APIs
Design and scale low-latency APIs
Implement services for:
Order management
Risk engine / liquidation logic
Market data indexing
Build event-driven systems (queues, workers, indexers)
Blockchain / Web3
Integrate EVM-based networks (RPC, signing, transactions)
Work with:
Smart contracts (trading, liquidity, governance)
Wallet providers (WalletConnect, injected wallets)
Handle cross-chain interactions and bridging logic
Desktop & Mobile
Support Electron / Tauri desktop builds
Contribute to mobile app integration (React Native / Expo)
Nice to Have (Highly Valuable)
Experience building trading platforms, exchanges, or DeFi protocols
Knowledge of:
Perpetual futures engines
Matching engines
Liquidation systems
Familiarity with MEV, oracles, and on-chain risk systems
Experience with AI agents or automation systems
Background in low-latency systems or financial infrastructure

Blockchain: EVM, Solidity, RPC integrations
Mobile: React Native / Expo
Desktop: Electron / Tauri
