Hi, i have an existing Twilio, vapi.com, make.com setup for my Australian small business. It takes voice calls and sends sms to the callers number to answer questions. The parts that are missing are i need to be notified by SMS and email when a call comes in. I also want all calls and sms details (time, number, transcript etc) sent to Google sheets. One sheet for calls and one for SMS. An easy job for an expert but you need to be experienced with twilio, vapi and make.com workflows.
