We are putting together a set of conceptual drawings for a customer and need to draft a site plan showing the following:
building footprint with setbacks from property lines
driveway and parking areas
proposed location of retention pond ( will be finalized once size is determined )
I have the survey (attached) and have a survey with topo in a CAD format The survey shows an old foundation that will be removed to allow the new building to go in relatively the same location. I am attaching the building drawings and once a Guru is selected, I will provide a sketch of all of the elements above together for reference.
