📍 Overview — What This Role Is
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to create, publish, and manage engaging daily content across multiple platforms to increase website traffic, brand awareness, and audience engagement for IM-AAM.com (an AI-driven stock recommendation platform) and our official YouTube channel.
Your primary mission is to drive visitors to our website through strategic social media content.

📝 Responsibilities — What You Will Do
1. Content Creation
Create posts in all the sites listed here :

Produce content types such as:
Images
Short-form videos (reels/shorts) (you can take from our YouTube channel)
Carousels
Infographics
Text posts
Headlines + hooks
Every post must include:
A clear CTA (e.g., “Check full analysis at IM-AAM.com”)
Clickable link or link-in-bio direction
Relevant hashtags & keywords

2. Organic Traffic Growth
Create posts specifically designed to send traffic to the website
Use SEO keywords in captions
Share new stock analysis, alerts, results, or platform updates
Participate in niche communities

3. Strategy
Plan weekly content calendars
Use insights to determine best posting times
Track engagement and click-through performance
Identify viral content ideas relevant to stock market, investing, finance, AI, etc.

4. Brand Consistency
Follow IM-AAM brand colors: Green, Light Green, White
Maintain professional, trustworthy financial tone
Ensure content is aligned with our brand message:
“AI-driven undervalued stock recommendations for retail and institutional investors.”

5. Promotion
Create short clips that promote our YouTube videos
Write SEO titles, descriptions, and hashtags
Drive viewers to Website

👤 Requirements — Who We Are Looking For
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and SEO 
Ability to design images (Canva or similar)
Familiar with financial content, stock market topics, investing
Basic understanding of SEO & hashtags
Excellent English writing skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to generate post once a week
Experience driving traffic, not just engagement
