Social Media Manager / Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, reliable person to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll help us share our work, post engaging content, and build a strong online brand.
Responsibilities
Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories)
Schedule and manage regular posts on Facebook & Instagram
Respond to comments and messages professionally
Brainstorm and run campaigns to grow followers and engagement
Track reach, engagement, and performance analytics
Collaborate with our team to highlight new projects and updates
Requirements
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content
Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
Good communication and creativity
Consistent and reliable work ethic
Understanding of current trends and hashtags
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of construction, real estate, or design content
Experience with paid ads or social media analytics tools
