Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

You will work directly with the founder to execute our marketing operations: managing our content calendar, coordinating campaigns, running email outreach, and keeping our audience engaged across platforms. Strategy and direction come from leadership; your job is to execute it consistently and well.

What You'll Do
Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms
Create, schedule, and publish content according to the editorial plan
Set up and manage the company newsletter — including list management, template setup, and regular sends
Monitor performance across social media and email — track opens, engagement, follower growth, and report weekly
