Social media marketing specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to spearhead our creator acquisition strategy. Your mission: Attract top TikTok and Instagram influencers (think BookTok stars, bookstagrammers, and literary creators) to our platform. You'll leverage social trends, partnerships, and targeted campaigns to drive sign-ups, foster engagement, and amplify our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to recruit book influencers and creators.
Create compelling content (e.g., Reels, Stories, DM templates) that highlights our platform's value: easy club hosting, audience monetization, exclusive tools for discussions, and viral growth features.
Help us build relationships with influencers through personalized pitches, collaborations, and events (virtual AMAs, giveaways, or co-hosted clubs). 
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion to sign-ups) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights to optimize strategies. 
Collaborate with our product team to refine features based on creator feedback, ensuring our platform meets the needs of social media-savvy enthusiasts. 
Stay ahead of trends in BookTok, #Bookstagram, and emerging literary communities to identify high-potential creators. 

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in creator/influencer outreach or community building 
Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships on TikTok and Instagram
Strong understanding of social algorithms, content creation, and viral marketing tactics.
Excellent communication skills: You can craft persuasive pitches and build genuine relationships.
Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and ROI analysis.
Passion for books and online communities. 
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Competitive commission based compensation. Payments are based on the number of influencers and how many followers the influencer have. The bigger the influencer is the higher the pay. The influencer must sign-up and start a club and create an active community.
