Specialist Linked Recruiter - canada

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment agency in identifying, tracking, and engaging top-tier candidates across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, and B2B sales sectors. 
Responsibilities
Execute advanced Boolean searches and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter
Build and maintain highly curated pipelines of qualified candidates,
Conduct initial screening through profile review, skill validation 
Shortlist candidates based on required certifications, bilingual abilities,competencies
Draft, personalize, and send outreach messages, follow-ups, and nurturing sequences as needed.
Coordinate with the Lead Recruiter 
Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean logic (AND, OR, NOT, parentheses, quotations).
Excellent written English (French is an asset).
Experience sourcing in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or B2B sales is a strong advantage.
