What You Will Be Responsible For
1. Brand Strategy
Help establish and strengthen BabyDrip’s positioning as a premium/luxury children’s fashion brand.
You will help communicate:
● Who BabyDrip is
● What makes BabyDrip different
● Why parents should care about the brand
● Why customers should purchase from BabyDrip
● How the 0–24 month launch connects to the larger 0–12 vision
● How Shine Bright fits into the BabyDrip brand story
2. Marketing Strategy
Develop a practical marketing strategy designed to increase:
● Brand awareness
● Website traffic
● Customer engagement
● Leads

● Repeat customers
● Community growth
The primary objective is revenue-generating marketing, not simply gaining followers.
3. Social Media Strategy
Help determine the appropriate content strategy for platforms such as:
● Instagram
● TikTok
● Facebook
● Pinterest
● Other platforms where BabyDrip’s target customers are active
Content should have a purpose.
We do not want to post simply to remain active.
We want content that educates, connects, tells the BabyDrip story, showcases products, creates desire, builds trust, and ultimately drives customers toward the website.
4. Content Planning
Develop a monthly content calendar that includes:
● Product content
● Founder/storytelling content
● Educational content

● Shine Bright storytelling
● Promotional campaigns
● Seasonal opportunities

● Customer-focused content
● Launch and collection campaigns

Work with the founder and existing team to identify opportunities to improve:
● Website traffic

6. Customer Acquisition
Develop strategies to reach BabyDrip’s ideal customers through:
● Organic social media
● Influencer partnerships
● Micro-influencers
● Parenting creators
● Mommy creators
● Baby-shower communities
● Strategic partnerships
● Email marketing
● Promotional campaigns
● Paid advertising when financially appropriate
7. Analytics & Reporting
Marketing decisions should be based on data.
The strategist should track and report on meaningful metrics such as:
● Website traffic
● Engagement
● Reach
● Follower growth
● Link clicks
● Product views
● Add-to-cart activity
● Sales
● Conversion opportunities
● Campaign performance
The founder needs to understand what is working, what is not working, and what should change.
