We are seeking a dynamic, strategic partner to help us accelerate the sale of our fundraising software platform and company. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven project with a proven proof of concept and a high-potential market. A scalablebranded on Google and Apple marketplace product with clear, verifyiable benefits over competitors
What We’re Looking For
A proven track record in selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, or investor cabilities preferably in fundraising, nonprofit tech, or B2B software
Experience with exits, acquisitions, or major partnerships
Ability to assess market value, identify potential buyers or investors, and drive a sale process
Strong relationships with potential acquirers or strategic investors (e.g., larger software or nonprofit tech ecosystems)
Strategic thinker with operational discipline:
Comfort working with the owner directly and aligning on a clear sale vision and timeline
Empathy for the product and customers; commitment to preserving the value and integrity of the platform
What You Will Do
Conduct a rigorous unde3rstanding of the platforms
Develop a target list of potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
BNeing able to pitch our compelling sale narrative and high-quality marketing materials (executive summary, pitch deck, data room)
Lead outreach, pre-qualification, and management of conversations with interested parties
Coordinate due diligence, manage timelines, and facilitate negotiations
Help determine appropriate valuation and structure (full sale, partial stake, or strategic investment)
Collaborate with me to ensure the process respects our mission, customers, and team

Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years in software sales, M&A, corporate development, or investment banking with SaaS exposure
Demonstrated history of closing software exits or large strategic partnerships
Strong network within nonprofit tech, fundraising ecosystems, or enterprise software buyers
Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Ethical, mission-aligned, and customer-centric mindset
Ability to operate with sensitivity to the owner’s health situation and maintain discretion
