TitleCross-Site UX / Product Flow Specialist – Beta Readiness
RoleYou will take four related web properties (GeoffMedia, PlaidLibs, HohetoKai, Geofroggy) from their current state to public-beta readiness. This is not a visual redesign. It is a structural and experiential audit + remediation focused on logical user journeys, correct cross-product linking, and launch-ready marketing + product flows.
Primary goals
- Make every major user path logical and complete (marketing → product, product → related products, onboarding → core loop).
- Ensure intentional, useful backlinks and navigation between the four sites so they reinforce each other instead of feeling disconnected.
- Identify and close gaps: missing pages, dead ends, confusing steps, unfinished game/product flows, broken or misleading links.
- Confirm desktop + mobile experience is consistent and usable.
- Deliver a clear “beta-ready / not ready” status with prioritized fix list for each site.
Deliverables
- Full journey map + gap analysis across all four sites (marketing pages + product/game flows)
- Prioritized list of broken links, incorrect product links, missing transitions, and flow problems
- Recommended (or implemented) fixes for navigation, cross-site linking, and key funnels
- Consistency pass on visual system (fonts, colors, spacing, components) only where it affects usability or brand coherence
- Mobile/desktop verification of all critical paths
- Final beta-readiness report with go/no-go criteria per site
Scope notes
- We have game/product experiences that must feel coherent and engaging enough to retain the intended audience. Surface where the flow breaks or the engagement drops.
- Do not expand scope into new features or visual redesign unless it is required to make an existing flow work.
- Preference for concrete, actionable output over high-level recommendations.
