Twilio & VApi SMS Integration

Hi, i am in Australia.



I have an existing setup with Twilio, Make.com, and VApi for voice calls. I'm looking to integrate a 2-way SMS chat auto sent to the callers number at the end of voice calls for further Q&A.


- Integrate SMS functionality with VApi and Twilio to send a message post-call. - Enable a 2-way SMS chat for ongoing Q&A with callers. - Utilize the existing knowledge base in Vapi for SMS Q&A if possible.

Further info:
1 Hi, Vapi is connect to nothing. At the moment is just does voice calls from Twilio.
2 The knowledge base is in vapi prompt only for voice calls
3 SMS can relate to previous voice chat or not. Either is ok.
4 No webhooks set up. Nothing in make.com, its what i want you to do
